Andy had a tumultuous childhood after his parents were brutally murdered by a double agent in Vietnam, Ray Liu. He was taken in by his father's closest friend and raised as his own. As he grew older, Andy became a pilot while Ray amassed power and wealth in Vietnam. Despite failing to assassinate Ray, Andy gathered evidence of his crimes to hand over to the CIA in America.
